One melee in iLevel gear is all that is needed to run Raptors. Raptors is also easier for a melee with an AoE. One mage in iLevel gear is all that is needed to run Sandsweepers. The keyer just has to open all the blue chests, and may even have time to examine contents to not waste keys on soothing light, destroying the chest instead. The buffs are also better in Heroes zones, as they scale with dominion. As a BLM, I prefer Sandsweepers in Altepa, as I can cast a long spell to aggro 8 of them, pull them to the keyer, and kill them all in one AoE. There are plenty of leveling guides out there, and new ones being made.
